The CEBS designation is a five-course program that is a comprehensive overview of employee benefits principles. The two additional designations-GBA and RPA-can be received after the person completes two additional examinations upon completing three courses related to directing benefits programs and strategic benefits management. These designations are granted by both the Wharton School and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
